Terms
What we deliver, what you may do with it, and how a partnership with Mia is disclosed to her audience.
Who we are
Mia is represented by Leira Content, operated by Leith Ajob and Raluca Agavriloaie, working as independent freelancers. Contact: raluca@leiracontent.com.
Prices on this site
The prices shown are indicative starting points. They are not an offer. The price for your campaign is the one we confirm in writing before anything is made.
What we deliver
We promise work, not results. A package buys an agreed number of finished pieces and, where included, an agreed number of posts on Mia's account. The audience figures on this site describe how her content has performed historically; they are evidence, not a forecast. Reach, views and engagement depend on the platform and cannot be guaranteed by anyone who tells you the truth.
How the content is made
The footage of Mia is real footage of a real dog with a real six-year career. Your product is placed into her world by our studio, using a process that includes digital and AI tools, and every frame is finished and checked by a person before you see it. Nothing is shipped, and no claim about your product is invented — the words are yours.
Publishing is your decision. When you run this content as advertising, you are the advertiser. Platforms have their own rules, including labelling requirements for media that has been digitally created or edited, and meeting them is your responsibility. Ask us how any piece was made and we will tell you precisely, so that you can.
Posts on Mia's account
Where a package includes posting, we agree the dates with you in advance, and every paid or gifted collaboration is clearly disclosed as advertising in line with the platform's rules and the law — that protects you as much as it protects her audience.
We keep editorial control of her account: the final wording, framing and timing are ours, because a post that does not sound like her does not work for anyone. We will not publish claims about your product that we cannot stand behind, and we may decline a concept that is wrong for Mia or for her audience.
Using the images and video
Photographs and video of Mia remain ours. When a package includes licensing, you receive the right to use the agreed pieces on your own channels and in your paid advertising, worldwide, for the period stated in your quote. Exclusivity, use on packaging, printed material or out-of-home advertising, and any longer term, are all possible — they are simply agreed and priced separately rather than assumed.
Please do not edit the content in a way that changes what it says about Mia or about your product, and do not resell or sublicense it.
What we ask of you
- Send us product photographs you have the right to use.
- Stand behind your own product claims — anything we write about what your product does comes from you.
- Tell us if your product is subject to rules about how it may be advertised, so we can respect them.
- Your product must be safe for a dog to be photographed with. We will not feature anything that could harm her.
Mia's welfare
Mia works at her own pace, in short sessions, at home or somewhere she likes, and is never put in anything distressing for a photograph. If she is not in the mood on a given day, we shoot another day. It is the one part of this process that is never negotiable — and it is the reason the pictures look the way they do.
What we promise, and what we don't
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care and we fix what we get wrong. Where something goes wrong, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the work concerned, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost sales. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Questions
Write to raluca@leiracontent.com and we will explain anything here in plain language.
